Practical risk assessment with problem solving including:
Manual handling

Seating
Wheelchairs and lap belts
Tissue viability and nutrition
Environments and their suitability for clients with impaired mobility
Completion of care plans and risk assessments – certificate of attendance issued
Candidates who would like to gain a certificate of competence may complete and submit an assignment for assessment
