Who is the course for?

Work related violence is on the rise. This 1-day course is aimed at employees in the private and public sector who deal directly with members of the public. Groups particularly at risk are care staff, receptionists, pub and club workers and shop assistants but anyone who deals with members of the public would benefit from this course.
