Gail Runton Training’s unique consultation services uses the expertise of health care professionals who have managed homes and domiciliary care services each with additional health and safety qualifications.

We use evidence based practice to assess how safe your organisation is and develop action plans for improvement.

We will work with you, helping you to identify potential risks to service users within your organisation and develop a plan to reduce the risks and improve your safety culture.

We understand the requirements of The Care Quality Commission (CQC) and can advise on both the requirements of care provision and the caring environment.

The aim of this service is to ensure your service users are safe and help you comply with CQC requirements.

Patient Manual Handling Assessments

Falls Assessments

Assessment of individual service user’s mobility and equipment needs and requirements. Environmental assessment, likelihood and prevention of falls.

Each assessment consists of a visit with the service user followed up by a written report.
